		<description>I have an online resume form and many who use it send me their resume for backup. The single most glaring error is that most resume writers still use personal pronouns &quot;I&quot; &quot;me&quot; &quot;my&quot; in their resume, these must not be used.

The second thing that is apparent is that job seekers/resume writers still talk about what they are looking for rather than what they can bring to a company that adds value.
